RETURN & EXCHANGE
For any return or exchange, the customer must make the request for an authorization number (RA). To obtain this number, please contact our customer service department at 819 459 2112 or email us at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returns if they are received at our office before the 30th day since delivery to your home. We take no responsibility for shipments and / or insurance for deliveries made by customers to our offices.
From Canada: The customer must use Canada Post (with reference number).
From the United States: The customer must use USPS postal services (with reference number). Returns or exchanges that have been sent by any other delivery service involve brokerage fees which KHEWA reserves the right to deduct from your refund. All product returns must be declared as "return of Canadian goods" on the customs forms. Without this, the return may not be routed or subject to additional charges. Note that specific instructions will be sent to you with our Return Authorization Number Request.
From any other country: The customer can use the postal service of his choice to the extent that he can provide a reference number (allowing tracking) for the product (s) shipped. All product returns must be declared as "Return of Canadian Goods" on customs forms. Without this, the return may not be routed or subject to additional charges. Note that specific instructions will be sent to you with our Return Authorization Number Request.
KHEWA will pay the delivery costs associated with returning an exchange to the customer.
